Meal Packing with IDES

We’re doing something new for lunch on Saturday! Instead of everyone seeking a place for their group to eat and hang out, we’re keeping everyone at the Creek. We’ll feed you as you help to feed others.

We have partnered with IDES (International Disaster Emergency Services) with a goal of packing 40,000 meals that will go to areas of the world where people are suffering from hunger and malnutrition.

How does it work? We provide the tables, IDES provides the food supplies, your youth group provides the manpower. We will split the convention into two groups. One group will enjoy a lunch from Chick-Fil-A and attend workshops for students and leaders. The other will pack meals with IDES. Halfway through, we’ll swap.
